Moyo

“Moyo” is a raw and poetic portrait of the children that call the Jipe Moyo and Musoma home. Painting a playful and colourful picture of the people and culture - the film highlights the rhythm of this special region of Tanzania. Surrounded by exotic wildlife and extraordinary landscapes, the people of Musoma have achieved a distinct harmony with the environment around them which flows through everything.

Sola Akingbola:
How should I

This short film by award-winning photographer and filmmaker Henry J Kamara follows percussionist, singer-songwriter, and award-winning composer Sola Akingbola as he steps into a new chapter with his debut solo album 'How Should I'. Best known as the percussionist for Grammy Award-winning band Jamiroquai, Sola has spent decades shaping sound behind the scenes. With 'How Should I', released on 20 June 2025, he emerges as frontman and genre pioneer defining a new sound he calls Black Atlantic Funk. The documentary explores the philosophy behind the album: rhythm as memory, music as spiritual technology, and groove as the heartbeat of cultural survival. Shot during a photo shoot for the cover art of Part I of the project, it offers an intimate look at the process, the questions, and the creative journey that led to this landmark release.
